Hi Lou, absolutely loved the review. My grandson who is turning ten in a couple of weeks informed me that he is interested in building LEGO kits. When I was his age, I would build models with my dad. So, when I came across your article, I was instantly drawn to it.
I have been looking for something that we could do to build bonds. I do woodworking and I enjoy building things. This definitely fits the bill. I am already thinking about the display cases I am going to need to build.
My grandson’s dad passed away in a car accident two years ago. I believe these kinds of projects can help him in many different areas of his life with the added bonus of giving us a bonding connection.
